The sweeping bottom curve evokes the tide and Table Mountains granite silhouette. Rising from it are organic, flowing loops representing foraged ocean kelp and fynbos. Hovering above is an abstract hand-drawn starburst – a cross between a mushroom spore releasing it’s culinary essence and a Michelin star guiding the diner like a southern constellation.
